At Revéra, we want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Our 90-Day Guarantee

We stand behind Revéra with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your results, you may request a return within 90 days of the delivery date. We ask that you use the device consistently as directed during this time, as visible skin changes develop gradually over several weeks.

How to Start a Return

To begin, email us with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not send your item back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be processed. Once your request is approved, our team will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

The Item Must Be Returned and Received First

Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been shipped back to us, received at our returns facility, and inspected. You are responsible for returning the product to the address we provide. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us. Until the item is received and inspected, no refund will be issued.

Return Condition

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging where possible, with all included accessories. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

Refund Processing

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective (see below). Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your device arrives damaged, defective, or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. In these cases, we will cover return shipping and send a free replacement or issue a full refund once the item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Situations

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may be unable to accept returns of items showing damage caused by misuse, or items returned without prior authorisation. This does not affect your right to a refund under the 90-day guarantee for genuine dissatisfaction, or your rights regarding faulty products.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at [YOUR EMAIL] and we'll help.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your device for a different Revéra product, contact us and we'll walk you through the process once your original item has been returned and received.
